According to the Public Relations Office of the National Informatics Corporation, Dr. Alireza Mahyar stated in the annual general meeting of Faradis Gostar Kish Informatics Services: "This corporation can become the valuable gem and innovation hub of the National Informatics Corporation group, and we hope this will be achieved by renaming this corporation and branding it according to the strategic plan prepared."
He further stated that Faradis Gostar Kish will host the National Informatics Corporation's artificial intelligence hub, saying: "The company's revenue can increase manifold by becoming the artificial intelligence hub of the National Informatics Corporation and signing contracts with various banks."
The CEO of the National Informatics Corporation also emphasized the need to increase the capital of this corporation and called for the formation of audit, risk management, and appointments committees within this corporation based on corporate governance regulations within the next 10 days.
The members of the meeting finally approved the financial statements of this corporation for the period ending on December 30, 2023, and appointed the legal auditor, independent auditor, and widely circulated newspaper for it.
Dr. Mahyar also stated in the annual general meeting of Faradis Alborz Data Processing: "Given the successful past performance of this corporation, measures should be taken to repeat these successes."
He called for serious involvement of Faradis Alborz Data Processing in new areas such as the Internet of Things, telecommunications, urban services, and innovation in transportation with a focus on payments.
The CEO of the National Informatics Corporation also noted that we are pursuing actions to be able to offer Faradis Alborz Data Processing in the capital market within the next 2 years with appropriate valuation.
