According to the Public Relations of the National Informatics Corporation, the key provisions of this MoU include drafting a roadmap for joint cooperation, providing consulting and technical services, and developing a business plan based on market research.
The main goals of the collaboration are joint fintech and innovation initiatives in the monetary and financial sectors based on modern technologies, identifying joint investment opportunities, and contributing to the development and synergy of money and capital markets.
Dr. Alireza Mahyar, in the signing ceremony attended by the CEO and board members of Mehrgan Financial Group, introduced the services provided by the National Informatics Corporation and said: “The National Informatics Corporation operates as a strategic company in the banking system and is not seeking to compete in the market.”
He added: “Through its subsidiaries, the National Informatics Corporation is ready to collaborate with Mehrgan Financial Group in the fields of governance innovation and national strategic areas, including artificial intelligence.”
During the ceremony, Hossein Karami, CEO of Mehrgan Financial Group, also expressed hope that the MoU would lead to a digital transformation in the infrastructure associated with the group.
He further stated that Mehrgan Financial Group, by leveraging the potential of its subsidiary companies within SATA, has achieved significant profitability and sustainable cash flows through the development of the financial group’s value chain, shareholder connections with the pension and insurance funds, and ownership in large and strategic companies and industries across the country.
