According to the Public Relations Department of the National Informatics Corporation, the Annual General Meeting was presided over by Dr. Yekta Ashrafi, Deputy of Management Development and Resources of the Central Bank, and attended by Mehran Mahramian, Deputy of New Technologies of the Central Bank, board members, and representatives from Meli bank of Iran, Saderat bank of Iran, and Sanat va madan bank aas major shareholders, as well as other shareholders.
At the beginning of the meeting, Alireza Mahyar, CEO of the National Informatics Corporation, expressed condolences for the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi and his entourage in a helicopter crash and the passing of Asadollah Amir Aslani, former CEO of Meli Bank and one of the founders of the National Informatics Corporation.
Dr. Yekta Ashrafi, as the chairperson of the assembly, emphasized in his speech: "The timely and regular holding of the meetings of the National Informatics Corporation group companies, and the structural and shareholder discipline in financial and performance reporting, indicate the efforts of the group’s managers over the past year."
He highlighted the regular meetings of the corporate governance committees of the National Informatics Corporation and stated: "The regular meetings show that these three committees have taken serious shape in the National Informatics Corporation, and we hope this trend will continue in the group’s subsidiary companies as well."
Following this, the CEO presented a report on the actions taken by the National Informatics Corporation and other group companies over the past year, and the report of the independent auditor and legal inspector was read. The assembly members, while approving the performance report and financial statements for the fiscal period ending March 19, 2024, appreciated the efforts of the board members and staff of the group.
