In the meeting, Dr. Mahyar, referencing the valuable experiences and credentials of Mansour Khajehvand, appointed him as the new internal audit director of the National Informatics Group. He added that the strategic, forward-looking perspective and the necessity of implementing corporate governance across the subsidiaries of the National Informatics Group require, more than anything, a review of some of the current structures.
He emphasized the importance of continuous internal controls to adhere more closely to financial transparency standards and stated: A coherent approach and strategy in internal audit throughout the corporations is undeniably essential in the development path of the National Informatics Group's activities. Special attention needs to be given to this important matter.
It is worth mentioning that Mansour Khajehvand, the new internal audit director of the National Informatics Corporation, has a professional background including roles such as the internal audit director and financial manager at the Sepah Financial Group, technical manager at Tadbir Bartar Corporation, board member of A.S.P Corporation, audit committee member in various corporations including KARAFARIN Insurance, Tadbir Industrial and Mining Group, as well as the dynamic investment capacity of Puya Capital.
