According to the Public Relations department of the National Informatics Corporation, the farewell and introduction ceremony for the new head of Kashef Corporation was held on Wednesday, May 26, 2025, in the presence of Seyed Reza Naseri Nik, CEO of the National Informatics Corporation, Seyed Mohammad Saeed Tabatabai, CEO of Informatics Services Corporation, and members of Kashef Corporation's Board of Directors.
During the ceremony, Kashef's Board of Directors expressed its appreciation for the services and efforts of Mohsen Babakhani throughout his tenure, and formally appointed Vahid Khodabakhshi as Acting Director and member of the Board of Directors.
It is worth noting that Vahid Khodabakhshi previously served as Head of Risk and Security at Shaparak Corporation. His professional background includes serving as Chairman of the Risk and Security Committee of the country's payment network, membership in the Data and Network Security Laboratory at Sharif University of Technology, and serving as Chief Technology Officer at Amn Gostar Sharif Corporation. Khodabakhshi has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Technology Officer at Pishgaman Amn Kavi Emad Corporation.
He holds a Master's degree in Network Security from Sharif University of Technology and has earned numerous distinctions in academic and research fields.
Vahid Khodabakhshi's professional record reflects a continuous path from academic research and technical expertise toward security services management, business development, technology management, leadership of specialized teams, and risk and security governance at the national payment level.
