According to the Public Relations report of the National Informatics Corporation, this corporation achieved the first rank in the "IMI100" Iran's Top Corporations Ranking event in the Computer and Related Activities category.
The Industrial Management Organization, in the year 1402 [2023], for the twenty-sixth consecutive year, ranked the top corporations in Iran. In this ranking, 500 major and influential corporations in the country's economy were introduced during a conference held today (2nd of Bahman month [23rd January 2024]).
The announcement ceremony of the top corporations was held with the presence of national officials, managers of the top and major Iranian corporations, economic experts, and industrial specialists. During this event, corporations achieving special rankings were acknowledged and honored.
The IMI-100 ranking initially started in the year 1377 [1998] with the ranking of the top 100 Iranian corporations based on the sales index (revenue). In the subsequent years, responding to the favorable reception from corporations and to meet their requests, the number of corporations listed gradually increased to 500. Additionally, the number of indicators examined also increased to 33.
The primary objectives of ranking Iran's top corporations are to generate information about the country's economic enterprises and to clarify the business environment, rank corporations based on their impact on the national economy, promote competition among economic enterprises, and use the ranking results to aid in the country's economic planning.
Similar IMI-100 rankings are conducted both globally and at regional and national levels.
