Director of the National Informatics Academy: Technological Changes Have Impacted the World of Jobs

According to the public relations office of the National Informatics Corporation, Nastaran Haghjou made this statement during the inauguration ceremony of the "National Informatics Academy (Acadino)." She added, "Keeping up with technological changes and digital transformations requires training a new generation of workforce at all levels, from senior managers to employees and expert specialists who will carry out the tasks."

The Director of Acadino added, "At the National Informatics Academy, we believe in enhancing an individual's technological literacy to help them adapt to technological changes and understand the importance of undergoing educational and practical courses for their organizations."

She emphasized the necessity for individuals and organizations to keep pace with technological changes, stating, "Our primary goal at the National Informatics Academy is to advance the concept of a 'lifelong learner.'"

Haghjou referred to the academy's internship programs, noting, "At the National Informatics Academy, we see the industry entering the university and identifying talented and capable students. We will bring them into the industry with scholarships and training programs. Graduates of this academy can join the subsidiaries of the National Informatics Group or other fintech companies."

In another part of her speech, the Director of Acadino mentioned the academy's "boot camps" and "specialized modules," saying, "We also plan to offer specialized courses in blockchain, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and data science."

She stated, "At Acadino, we believe that the National Informatics Corporation, as a representative of the government, should consider its academy as a 'pool of talents' and continuously keep it filled. This will help the industry, allowing companies not only to keep up with changes but also to lead them."

Haghjo concluded, "We aim for individuals, after completing the academy's courses, to share a learning environment within their organizations. We intend to accelerate the growth and development of individuals in their organizations."

The inauguration ceremony of the "National Informatics Academy (Acadino)" took place on the morning of Wednesday, May 8, with the presence of Dr. Mohammad Shirijian, Deputy Economic Officer of the Central Bank, Dr. Alireza Mahyar, CEO of the National Informatics Corporation, CEOs and board members of the National Informatics Group, IT managers from banks, and active members of the payment and startup industries.

It is noteworthy that the National Informatics Academy, as the first scientific, research, and innovation arm in the banking industry, was launched today with the aim of providing and training specialized personnel in modern banking technologies. The growth path of the National Informatics Academy is designed to keep all financial ecosystem activists in the country informed about the latest services offered by domestic and foreign competitors.

This academy aims to enhance the knowledge and scientific level of individuals to introduce itself as the first scientific, research, and innovation arm in the banking industry in the future, modeling the concept of modern international banking. By utilizing articles and ideas from rapidly advancing academies, it plans to hold intelligent personal training courses for the staff of Iran’s banking network, focusing on enhancing their knowledge.

The activities and services of the National Informatics Academy include internships, the academy's boot camp, training, career paths, and specialized and management courses. The academy plans to attract elite students at various levels in major banking and IT corporations and simultaneously employ them in work fields, contributing to organizational growth and reducing corporate costs.

The main structure of the academy includes specialized training groups, an idea acceleration group, a university relations group (internships and boot camps), an international meetings organizing group, and a specialized content production group.
