According to the public relations department of the National Informatics Corporation, the first regular general assembly of the Iranian Artificial Intelligence Association was held on Wednesday (April 23 )at K.N Toosi University, and the members of the board of directors of the association were elected by the members' votes.
Based on the resolutions of the general assembly, Mohammad Hadi Zahedi received the highest number of votes and was elected first, followed by Elham Farahani, Seyed Sattar Hashemi, and Alireza Mahyar. Additionally, Hamid Behrouzi, Mohammad Ali Akhaee, and Hossein Sameti were also elected as members of the board of directors of this association.
Samad Nejad Ebrahimi and Seyed Gholam Hassan Tabatabaei were also elected as alternate members of the board of directors.
On the other hand, Nima Shamsapour was elected as the chief inspector and Mahdi Sharifzadeh as the alternate inspector of the Iranian Artificial Intelligence Association.
At the first board meeting of the Iranian Artificial Intelligence Association and by the members' votes, Mohammad Hadi Zahedi was elected as the chairman of the board, Alireza Mahyar as the vice chairman, Elham Farahani as the treasurer, and Samad Nejad Ebrahimi as the secretary of the association.
In this meeting, the board members also decided on the approval of the association's policy line and the annual membership guidelines for association members and other decision-making matters.
