According to the Public Relations Department of the National Informatics Corporation, at the meeting held on 11 Bahman 1404, the members of the Board of Directors, while expressing their appreciation for the dedicated services and efforts of Mr. Seyeed Jafar Mortezavian Farsani during his tenure as Acting CEO, elected Mr. Seyeed Reza Naseri Nik as CEO of the Corporation.
Mr. Seyeed Reza Naseri Nik possesses extensive and successful experience in the fields of money and capital markets, financial engineering, investment management, enterprise management, and corporate governance. He has also maintained a longstanding record of service within the National Informatics Holding since 1380 to the present.
Mr. Seyeed Reza Naseri Nik holds a Ph.D. in Financial Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Tehran. His professional background includes serving as CEO of the National Informatics Group Future Provision Institute; CEO of the Central Bank Employees Future Provision Corporation; Acting CEO of the National Informatics Corporation; Deputy for Finance, Investment, and General Assemblies of the Corporation for a period of 20 years; Head of Management Accounting and Equity Management at the Informatics Services Corporation; Auditor at the Audit Organization; Member of the Board of Directors of the Informatics Services Corporation and Shaparak Corporation; Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Iran Kish Credit Card Corporation; as well as membership in specialized governance committees within technology and capital market Corporations.
