According to the Public Relations Department of the National Informatics Corporation, the Annual General Meeting was chaired by Dr. Yekta Ashrafi, Deputy of Management Development and Resources at the Central Bank, and attended by Dr. Nooshafarin Momen Vaghefi, Deputy of Emerging Technologies at the Central Bank, members of the board of directors, and representatives of major shareholders, including the Meli Bank of Iran, Saderat bank of Iran,Industry and Mine Bank, and the Monetary and Banking Research Institute, along with other shareholders.
Dr. Yekta Ashrafi, as the chair of the assembly, emphasized in her remarks: "The timely and regular holding of the assemblies of the National Informatics Corporation group, along with the structural and shareholder discipline in financial and performance reporting, reflects the diligent efforts of the group's managers over the past two years."
She further highlighted the regular convening of meetings and corporate governance committees of the National Informatics Corporation, stating: "The consistent holding of these meetings demonstrates a serious commitment within the National Informatics Corporation, and we hope this trend will continue in the subsidiary corporations of the group."
During the session, Dr. Alireza Mahyar, CEO of the National Informatics Corporation, presented a report on the actions taken by the Corporation and other group entities over the past year. Subsequently, the independent auditor’s and legal inspector’s reports were presented.
The assembly members approved the performance report and financial statements for the financial period ending March 20, 2025, and expressed their appreciation to the board of directors and employees of the group for their efforts.
