According to the Public Relations Department of the National Informatics Corporation, Dr. Elahi—recognized as the founder and designer of the Banking Network Automation and the Shetab Payment Network—has played a significant role in the digital transformation of the country’s banking system.
In this meeting, Dr. Alireza Mahyar, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Informatics Corporation, presented a report on the course of activities, achievements, and plans of the subsidiary corporations of the National Informatics Group, particularly the National Informatics Corporation and the Informatics Services Corporation.
Dr. Elahi, a respected former professor at Sharif University of Technology, while appreciating the measures and management strategies of the National Informatics Group, emphasized that the group’s future programs target the frontiers of technology in the banking industry and can be regarded as a successful model for other corporations active in this field.
The meeting was also attended by several members of the Board of Directors of the National Informatics Corporation, along with board members and senior managers of the Informatics Services Corporation.
