According to the public relations office of the National Informatics Corporation, Dr. Ali Divandari, former CEO of Mellat and Parsian Banks, expressed this sentiment during the launch ceremony of the National Informatics Academy (AkaDino) held this morning (Wednesday, May 19) with the presence of Dr. Mohammad Shirijian, Deputy Economic Officer of the Central Bank, Dr. Alireza Mahyar, CEO of the National Informatics Corporation, CEOs, and board members of the National Informatics Group, IT managers of banks, and active members of the payment and startup industries of the country.
He remarked, “It is a source of pride that the banking system has achieved significant successes in information technology despite facing many limitations.”
The former head of the Monetary and Banking Research Institute emphasized that we are witnessing the emergence of a new generation with an information and expertise gap compared to the previous one. He added, “The new generation must be prepared to take on significant responsibilities, and empowering these individuals can improve conditions compared to the past and prepare the current generation to accept responsibilities.”
Dr. Divandari stressed, “If we consider the National Informatics Academy as a leader in transferring knowledge from the present generation to future generations, we will recognize its high role and importance.” He described this academy as a center for concentration, talent identification, and investment in top talents in the field of information technology.

During the same ceremony, Dr. Gholamreza Goudarzi, Vice Chancellor for Education at Imam Sadiq University, also stated, “After obtaining a position, we often see ourselves as no longer needing education, while the need for learning always exists.” He added, “We must move towards practical and distinguished content at the international level, aligned with the future needs of the country. If a forward-thinking perspective is injected among the managers of the National Informatics Academy, this academy will succeed.”
It is noteworthy that the National Informatics Academy, as the first scientific, research, and innovation arm in the banking industry, was launched today with the aim of providing and training specialized personnel in the field of modern banking technologies. The growth path of the National Informatics Academy is designed with an approach to awareness of the latest services provided by domestic and foreign competitors for all financial ecosystem activists in the country.
This academy aims to enhance knowledge and scientific levels to introduce itself as the first scientific, research, and innovation arm in the banking industry in the future, modeling the concept of modern international banking. By utilizing articles and ideas from rapidly evolving academies, it plans to hold intelligent personal training courses for the staff of Iran’s banking network, focusing on enhancing their knowledge.
The activities and services of the National Informatics Academy include training courses, the academy’s boot camp, career paths, and specialized and management courses. The academy plans to attract elite students at various levels in major banking and IT corporations and simultaneously employ them in work fields, contributing to organizational growth and reducing corporate costs.
The main structure of the academy includes specialized training groups, a group for accelerating new ideas, a group for university relations (internships and boot camps), a group for organizing international meetings, and a group for producing specialized content.
